Are your essential oils high quality?
Yes, we take great pride in the fact that we are able to provide the finest quality of essential oils to our customers. We have very strict policies and procedures that guarantee the high quality of our essential oils. All of our oils come from organic, pesticide-free free plant sources and are processed by either steam distillation or cold press methods, depending on the particular plant/oil. Furthermore, when possible, we provide wild-crafted essential oils which further ensures the purity and natural essence. Each bottle of essential oil indicates the botanical name, geographic origin, harvesting method, and extraction technique.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is always 100% free (via USPS) for any order of any size. This is what we recommend choosing during checkout. If you would like us to ship via UPS, we charge a flat rate of $9.99 to cover the increased shipping cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
How long will delivery take?
Orders made before 2:00 pm central will ship out same day 99% of the time. Orders made after that will ship out the following morning. Delivery time is typically in between 2 to 5 business days depending on how far away you are located from our warehouse.
Is your shopping cart secure? Is my data safe?
Our online store is 100% secure and your data is protected. We do not share any of your personal information with any third parties, and we do not store credit card numbers unless you request us to do so. Internal access to any and all personal information and order information is controlled in such a way that even our internal employees can only access limited information without your explicit permission.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an e-mail shortly after your order is placed and payment has been received. You will receive an additional e-mail indicating that your order has been shipped. This e-mail will contain tracking information for your order.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an electronic invoice sent to you via e-mail. You may also access your personal order history and invoicing data by logging into your account through our website.
Do you allow returns?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your order for any reason and we will provide you with a full refund.
